The Family Transition Program was created to change that.

Rather than leaving families to coordinate multiple professionals independently, we provide a dedicated team that works together to support your family through separation, transition and beyond. From day one, you will understand what needs to happen, what options are available, who can help and what comes next.

Every family receives a dedicated Family Transition Coordinator who becomes your primary point of contact throughout the journey. They work alongside our broader team to help your family gather information, make informed decisions, reduce conflict and create practical solutions that support both parents and children.

Our approach combines financial guidance, family redesign, wellbeing support, decision-making assistance and independent legal advice within one coordinated service. Families receive support to understand their financial position, explore parenting arrangements, navigate major decisions, access emotional support and prepare any legal documentation that may ultimately be required.

At the heart of the program is our secure Family Portal, which provides one place for documents, plans, decisions, communication, timelines and meeting records. The portal creates transparency, accountability and clarity, helping families move forward with confidence while reducing misunderstandings and unnecessary conflict.

Every family is different. There is no one-size-fits-all solution. We take the time to understand your family's unique circumstances, values, feelings, challenges and goals, then work with you to design arrangements that support your next chapter.

100 Hours of Family Support

$14,900 or $7,450 per parent

Suitable for families seeking structured support through separation, parenting arrangements, financial planning and transition coordination.

Family Continuity Package

300 Hours of Family Support

$44,700 or $22,350 per parent

Suitable for families requiring more intensive support, ongoing guidance, complex parenting arrangements or long-term family support.

Flexible Support

Support can be scaled up or down depending on your family's needs. Some families require greater financial support, others benefit from more parenting or wellbeing assistance. Your package can be tailored to ensure the right support is available when and where it is needed most.

Ongoing support for separated parents experiencing conflict, communication difficulties or concerns about ongoing abuse.

Not every family needs support throughout the entire separation process.

Some families have already separated, finalised parenting arrangements or completed legal processes, but continue to experience ongoing conflict, communication difficulties or concerns about coercive, intimidating or harmful behaviour.

Intermediary Co-Parenting Coordination provides a structured layer of professional support between parents.

The service can be engaged by one parent, both parents, legal representatives or through referral pathways.

How it works

A dedicated Co-Parenting Coordinator acts as a professional intermediary between parents.

Depending on the family's needs, the coordinator may:

• Facilitate communication between parents

• Coordinate parenting schedule changes

• Manage school, medical and extracurricular information sharing

• Assist with decision-making regarding children

• Document agreements and decisions

• Maintain communication records

• Monitor emerging concerns

• Escalate risks where appropriate

• Refer parents to additional support services

Levels of Support

Communication Monitoring

Parents continue communicating through the Family Portal.

The Coordinator monitors interactions and intervenes when required.

Facilitated Communication

The Coordinator participates in selected discussions, helping maintain respectful and productive communication.

Intermediary Communication

The Coordinator becomes the primary communication pathway between parents.

Messages are relayed, clarified and documented by the Coordinator, reducing direct contact between parents.

High Support Coordination

The Coordinator actively assists with scheduling, decision-making, issue resolution and ongoing co-parenting management.

Flexible Hourly Service

Intermediary Co-Parenting Coordination is charged on an hourly basis and can scale up or down depending on the family's needs.

Some families may require only occasional support.

Others may benefit from ongoing assistance over months or years.
