No. Many families start with very different views. The process is designed to help each parent feel heard, identify common ground, and build workable options from there.
However, you both need to be in agreement to proceed with Family.Reimagined services.

No. This is the heart of the service. Your Family Transition Manager coordinates the practical, parenting, financial, wellbeing and legal work, so you are not managing every professional alone.

No. After the initial conversation, we recommend the smallest useful level of support for your family. You receive a proposed scope before deciding whether to proceed.

Qualified legal practitioners from external Law Firms handle all legal work. Each parent receives separate independent legal advice before final agreements are made.

You will understand clearly what you don’t agree on and where both parties are refusing to compromise. We help arrange Family Dispute Resolution, specialist advice, or a non-binding independent panel review. If matters remain unresolved, each parent is free to consider formal Family Court options.
